Tom Flaherty, CPA - President
		Founded in 1987, Flaherty Funding Corporation is headquartered in Rochester, New York. The goal of company President Tom Flaherty is to offer highly personalized service and low rates. Tom and his wife Molly live in Webster, New York with their six children and are deeply involved in community activities. That is reflected in the way Flaherty Funding does business - helping neighbors.

Gary Hugunine - Chief Financial Officer
		Gary Hugunine's role as Chief Financial Officer is crucial to the ongoing corporate growth module of Flaherty Funding. A St. Bonaventure University graduate, he served as CFO for a local industrial firm, executive VP for both a manufacturing firm and Citibank (NYS). Gary's financial expertise, professionalism, community involvement and approachability is a perfect match for the corporate culture of Flaherty Funding. Gary resides in Penfield, NY with his wife and three children.

Claire Ruliffson - Vice President, Operations
		Claire Ruliffson heads Flaherty Funding's highly efficient, friendly and professional Processing/Operations department. She has over 13 years in the mortgage industry, and will be receiving her MBA from the Simon School of Business in June 2007. Claire currently resides in Brighton, NY with her husband and two children.

Margaret Leuwen - Secondary Marketing Manager
		Margaret Leuwen heads up the Secondary Marketing Department and works closely with Correspondent banks and the Company's sales staff to maximize product diversity and effectiveness. Her experience as a former loan officer is a tremendous help in this regard. Margaret attended St. John Fisher College and lives in Sodus, NY with her husband and two labs.

Molly Flaherty - Vice President, Marketing
		Molly Flaherty heads Flaherty Funding's innovative Marketing Department. Responsible for the corporate marketing strategy of the company as well as individual marketing strategies for loan officers, she wears many hats. She is also responsible for the Community Partners program of the company, reaching out to countless area charities. Molly is a graduate of Xavier University and has over 15 years experience in marketing, advertising and public relations. Molly currently resides in Webster, NY with her husband, Tom, and six children.
