New Headquarters Serves New Customers

Rochester NY -- November 10, 2003 -- Flaherty Funding employees as well as clients and associates now have a new place to hang their hats.

The company has moved its main offices to 2595 Brighton-Henrietta Town Line Road. The 7700-square foot building is near the campus of Monroe Community College.

Most of the move took place November 1, 2003, but there is a lot of work left. New signage is going up and the work areas are being redesigned.

Bursting at the seams of its former Lake Avenue headquarters, the move was long-awaited. "We simply didn't have desks for the people we were hiring," states Tom Flaherty, President Flaherty Funding Corporation. "As much as we loved the historic building we were lucky enough to call home for eight years, we needed that 'room to grow'."

With the new building also came a new Flaherty Funding logo and a new website.

"The new logo and web site simply represent our commitment to remain focused on the ever-changing needs of our clients," maintains Molly Flaherty, Marketing Director. "The logo reflects a strong sense of identity. We have always been this community's best option for all mortgage needs. This logo makes that clear. And the web site is simply one of the most creative and cutting-edge in the industry."

"We now have about 30 employees and satellite offices in various parts of the region," says Tom Flaherty, "and as we grow, we'll continue to provide the highest level of customer service in the industry."
