Flaherty Funding Announces Opening
of New Office in Henrietta

Flaherty Funding is pleased to announce the opening of its new office in Henrietta.

Located near the campus of Monroe Community College at 2595 Brighton Henrietta Town Line Road, the new 7700 square foot office building provides enough space to accommodate the needs of this growing local company.

Ribbon cutting is scheduled for 2 PM, Monday January 5th.

"We now have nearly 30 employees here, along with associates in various parts of the region," says Tom Flaherty, President of Flaherty Funding Corporation, "and as we grow, we'll continue to provide the highest level of customer service in the industry." Flaherty adds, "As much as we loved the historic building on Lake Avenue for eight years, we were bursting at the seams and simply didn't have desk-space for the people we were hiring.

Flaherty Funding Corporation is a Licensed Mortgage Banker, New York State Banking Department. The company was founded in 1987 and has maintained the unique mission, of providing personalized, customized mortgage loans, while at the same time, offering low rates.

With the new building Flaherty Funding also has a new logo (above) and will be introducing a new state of the art, consumer-friendly website in January, 2004.
