Kid's Shamrock Run is Saturday, March 13th

As a proud sponsor and organizer, Flaherty Funding is pleased to announce that this year's Kid's Shamrock Run will be held on Saturday, March 13th.

The non-competitive kid's fun run is an integral part of the City's Runnin' o' the Green, a 5-mile road race in downtown Rochester. The race will begin at approximately 11:30 AM, just after the finish of the 5-mile adult race. The start of the race will be located in front of the Blue Cross Arena at The War Memorial, on Exchange Street. One scheduled highlight of the kid's run this year will be the Race of the Local Mascots. The Red Wings' Mascot, Spikes, is the defending champion.

Registration for the race will be held prior to race inside of the Blue Cross Arena up until 11:15AM. The first 11 registrants receive a free roll of Kodak film. For more information, and applications for the run, call Katie Lewis at 613-4707.
