Flaherty Funding Announce Addition of Five New Employees

Rochester, N.Y. (June 4, 2004) Flaherty Funding, a fast growingRochester based Mortgage Banker, is pleased to announce the recent addition of five new employees. The new employees are Brian Ghysel, Patrick S. Golden, Jack Howell, Claire Ruliffson, and Karen Szembrot.

Brian Ghysel joins Flaherty Funding as a Senior Mortgage Consultant with over 21 years of industry experience. Brian grew up, and currently resides in, the city of Rochester with his family where he coaches a youth hockey league.

Patrick S. Golden, Mortgage Consultant, recently earned his M.B.A. from the University of Rochester Simon School of Business and brings Flaherty Funding over 12 years of experience in the financial service industry. Pat grew up in Eastern Pennsylvania and now resides in Pittsford, New York.

Jack Howell joins Flaherty Funding as an Associate Mortgage Consultant. A graduate of SUNY Oswego, Jack brings more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry to Flaherty Funding. He now lives in Lyons, New York with his wife and three children.

Claire Ruliffson, Mortgage Processor, joins Flaherty Funding with over 10 years experience in the mortgage industry. Originally from Pennsylvania, Claire graduated from the University of Rochester. She currently resides in Brighton with her husband, daughter, and 2 dogs.

Karen J. Szembrot joins Flaherty Funding as Administrative Assistant. Karen grew up in Rochester, New York and is a graduate of Jefferson High School. Prior to joining Flaherty Funding, Karen spend time at the Bayview YMCA and the Jewish Community Center in Brighton. Szembrot now resides in Penfield with her husband and two children.
