Flaherty Funding Opens Three New Branch Offices
in Newark, Irondequoit and Spencerport

Rochester, N.Y. (October 8, 2004) Flaherty Funding, a fast growing Rochester based Mortgage Banker, is pleased to announce the Grand Opening of three new Branch Offices.

The offices are located at 162 South Union Street in Spencerport, 2230 Norton Street in Irondequoit and 165 East Union Street in Newark, New York.

Terri Vasta has been promoted to Branch Manager of the Spencerport and Norton Street offices. Margaret Leuwen, a Flaherty veteran of four years, has been promoted to Branch Manager of the Newark office.
