Rochester, NY -- May 26, 2005 -- Flaherty Funding, a Rochester- based mortgage banker, is pleased to announce the addition of four new Mortgage Originators: Denise Kelly, Carol Phillips, Bill Peabody and Barney O'Rourke.

Denise Kelly, Senior Mortgage Originator, comes to Flaherty Funding with more than 12 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Denise is a graduate of Monroe Community College and currently resides in the town of Hilton with her husband and three children. She enjoys being a "Hockey Mom", snowmobiling, church and spending time with her family.

Carol Phillips, Senior Mortgage Originator, joins Flaherty Funding with more than 14 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Carol attended St. John Fisher College and currently resides in the town of Gates. She is a part of The Online Business Group of New York and a member of The Manhattan Chamber of Commerce, e-Business. Carol enjoys cookouts in the summer, bike riding and golf.

Bill Peabody, Senior Mortgage Originator, joins Flaherty Funding with more than 10 years of experience in the finance and mortgage industry. Bill graduated from Columbus University with a Bachelors of Science degree. He currently resides in the City of Rochester and enjoys spending time with his family, fishing and hiking.

Barney O'Rourke, Senior Mortgage Originator, joins Flaherty Funding with more than nine years of experience in the mortgage industry. Barney graduated from St. John Fisher College with a Bachelors degree in Business. He currently resides in the town of Greece and enjoys camping, weight training and working on his home.
