Currently, information about funded, closed, or withdrawn loans have to be kept electronically or on hardcopy for a period of 7 years according to federal and state laws. Therefore we cannot alter or delete information about those loans from our databases within that period of time. However, we may add new and updated information that is necessary in the processing of your current loan, or in processing a new loan.
